Dr. Sarah Diamond

President and CEO, The Heart of MFB

In addition to her passion in supporting young families, Sarah has extensive experience managing and leading non-profit organizations and planning successful fundraising events.

​Sarah holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in adult education. The focus area of her doctoral research encompassed volunteer leadership development and the motivation and retention of volunteers in community-based non-profit organizations.

​Sarah became inspired to pursue The Heart of MFB through her own personal experience with CHD.
